WEDNESDAY: BBQ Chicken. Half a chicken barbecued on our oakwood grill and served with your choice of our "Just Cut Fries" or a side salad. (The story on the street it's the best BBQ Chicken in town!) $14.75. Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich. We slow smoke the beef brisket (14 hours) in our smoker  until it is so tender, and served with our own freshly made potato salad. Regular (5 oz) $12.95, large (8 oz) $14.95.

THURSDAY: BBQ Chicken. Half a chicken barbecued on our oakwood grill and served with your choice of our "Just Cut Fries" or a side salad. (The story   on the street it's the best BBQ Chicken in town!) $14.75. Slow smoked pulled pork sandwich.  Pork shoulder is smoked around 9 hours until it is fall apart tender.  Served with our homemade potato salad.  Or you can try the Pulled Pork "Memphis style" topped with Coleslaw and Jalapenos or try the "Memphis style" Pork Tacos.
